Newman wins 1st IROC Race of 2004!
NEXTEL Cup racer Ryan Newman edged out Kurt Busch for the win coming into the tri-oval at Daytona, when Newman went to pass Busch on the inside. Busch pushed Newman down below the yellow line, but Newman (IROC said was forced to go under the yellow) and passed him for the win. One of the most exciting races I have seen at Daytona. Jimmie Johnson who finished in the fourth got spun around after the finish. The top-six finishers were...

New IROC schedule will take them in April to Texas... then they will also visit Richmond Speedway (short track), and Atlanta Motor Speedway! The Series winner will be presented w/ a million dollar check from Crown Royal!
