the last driver of colour was named Willie T Ribbs AND he drove a dodge in the CTS for Petty Ent. he was also a regular on the Winston West Series, and was often in the field for the west coast nascar events. he is an older guy, and i am pretty sure that he retired. he usually made one or two nascar events a season, until (im guessing, i dont recall exactly) 2001ish
