Sitting here one night watching MAVtv and they had old legs of the 2013 Best in the Desert series on. Got me researching, and came across Walker Evans '78 D150. I had to wipe the drool off my beard when i found it.

My question is, has anyone here attempted to build a desert truck recently? or even just a look-alike? i'd love to see some pics and get some input.
