Hey, does anybody know what a Hemi Ram 4x4 Quad Cab will run in an 1/8 or a 1/4? The reason I am asking is I was wondering how much slower they are compared to a 2wd reg cab Hemi. I raced a 4x4 Quad Cab with my Dakota and he didn't impress me much, I dont know if he was scared of it or what. Please tell me they are quicker than that, I was expecting him to blow my doors off, which would have been fine with me. I just wanted to see how my truck stacked up to one.

 

What does your truck run? I haven't seen any 4x4's run yet but i've seen a quad cab make a few runs. The fastest he could get was 15.5, but it was not consistent at all, I guess cause it was still new and not broken in. He had exhaust and a K&N. His 60's ranged anywhere from 2.2-2.4.

 

We dont have a 1/4 mile track around here which really sucks! I ran my truck stock and it ran a 10.5 in an 1/8, which I thought really sucked until I seen a 2wd reg cab Hemi running a consistent 9.5, so 10.5 wasn't that bad after all. I wish we had a 1/4 mile track because now I have 33 inch tires on my truck, which makes it like it's really high geared. Not much good for an 1/8. I really need 4.10 gears, but can't afford them right now, but I am going to get the HO cams and intake, maybe that will help.
