im kinda excited about it, was behind a guy I knew he drives a Chevy 2500 with the diesel in it well he was driving slow like 50 so i gave it some gas and was gonna pass him well about that time he stomped and black smoke was flowing like i dunno what lol, so i stomped mine and was gaining on around him i got right beside him and he hit his brakes to let me go on by b4 he missed his turn, so i dunno what you would call it a win or a tie lol but he didnt go off and leave me thats for sure, and i only have the 4.7 with straight pipe exaust and a CAI

 

You most likely would have killed him. I was doing about 80 down I-90 one time in my Neon and I had a Duramax try to pass me so I stepped on it. I wouldn't say I killed him, but I kept up fine. I have driven a friends Duramax a couple of times. It has a lot of torque, but it's really not that fast of a truck. Speed wise, a Cummins would leave it for dead.
