i have a 04 2wd dakota r/c w/4.7 and yesterday a a couple of guys in a colorado and a ranger wanted to race me should i?

Oh man, you'll blow their doors off!! "rangers" are slooow, as are the colorado's(according to perf. stats that I have read)

 

lol. ok funny question. but jokes aside, make sure they are stock or only have a little bit of mods before you race for money. the dekota is faster than a ranger but the new colorado have a light inline 5 with 225hp 25 less than the dekota with the 5.9 but lighter.

the colorado is an ss and the ranger just has some rims and a system. I have to find them and so them what a REAL small truck can do.

 

i doubt the colorado is an ss because thats only the silverado. maybe he just put the decals. what i would do if i were you, is race them and only hit at about 3/4 throttle. if they whoop you than go to the shop and get some new sh*t. but if your there with them or at least a little behind then you can take em. then you race them for money. i just don't like betting because of all the unfair practice of hiding nos and other stuff.

Quick question scg- What kind of times are you running in the 1/4? Back to Dodge vs. crap( chevy vs ford), I bet you'll smoke them, I know you'll smoke them, especially in 1/4 mile. Have fun when you do race them, and tell us about it! They will be after your done.
