Raines in the #1 car at Milwaukee: Tony Raines has been named to drive the #1 Yellow Transportation Dodge in Saturday night's Alan Kulwicki 250 at the famed Milwaukee Mile. Raines has been driving for Bill Baumgardner this year on the NASCAR Busch Series, but the Outdoor Channel Chevrolet is not scheduled to compete at Milwaukee. Raines, the 1999 Busch Series Rookie of the Year, is still looking for his first Busch Series win. He has three runner-up finishes to his credit in 151 starts in the series.
