Well on my way home from work tonight I was stopped at a light and I see some halogens coming up on my right it's a civic hatchback a fart can and whatever else under the hood no body mods so a smart ricer as soon as the light turns green he takes off fast just for the hell of it I guess. He got a good little boost from not coming to a stop well I take this as an opportunity to race. I am trying to keep up but can't then let off when I get to the next red light and challenge him for real since we're both stopped completely this time. We take off and I come out in front for my first 2 gears and then he eats me for breakfast. He was about 3 or 4 car lengths ahead of me by the time I let off because of the car in front of me. I think we went close to a half mile. I guess I can't win em' all but I had a perfect streak of 5-0 before that. Good times though all in all.

 

Well, you got beat by a car that is probable 1500lbs lighter, and not that much less power. No surprise, and I really wouldn't worry about it too much.

Don't feel bad. The Civic could of had a JDM engine swap or something. I know I guy in my town that has a Civic hatch that can keep up with my truck. They are cute little cars!
