Special Paint for Kahne at Darlington:
Kasey Kahne's #9 Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge will sport a paint scheme to match Signature Red Hat in the last Mountain Dew Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway in November. Kahne's #9 Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge will become a replica of the hat that has become a necessity for every Kasey Kahne fan. It will be painted red with white stripes down the length of the car and will have the Dodge logo on the hood. The new paint scheme will debut in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Mountain Dew Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway on Nov. 14. Kahne's signature pit cap ranked fifth in sales on the NASCAR circuit from January through June, with approximately 6,000 units sold.
