N/A Hemi goes 12.782 (vid inside)
As the title says, N/A hemi goes 12.782 at 104.74. I'm pretty sure this is an N/A record for us Hemi guys. He has a www.thehemishop.com built 370 stroker and a sheradon built tranny.

thats quick, but i cant imagine that the work was cheap...i would have to think that there are easier ways to get a ram into the high 12s...no?
The 370 stroker runs $4,250 and the transmissions are about $2,500. It seems like the 12 mark is where alot of guys are hung up right now. TONS of guys in the 13's with a stall, cam, intake, headers, exhaust and stuff like that but few guys have gotten stroker cranks and all that so that's what it takes for 12's. That is if you wan to stay N/A. There are alot of guys in the 12's with turbos and that's it and even some 11's but alot of these guys are staying N/A.
hmmm..interesting...
the reason that it seems like they should be a bit faster, is that they come stock with so much more power than a 2nd gen ram, and RM_Indy got into the 13s, NA, with the same mods that amanda has, but with more weight reduction and a well built transmission with a larger-than-stock stall...i would imagine that the black truck in that video is basically stock weight? it does sound like it is without an exhaust system...but regardless, 12.70s is one quick truck...[8D]

there are tons of guys in the low 13's in rcsb hemi rams with no laughing gas and street tires with some bolt ons and the only engine mods being cams. We just really need to get some better tuning for our trucks.
