That's not at all shabby that the Magnum ran that number.

i am not a fan of the wagon...but with those times stock...i could learn to cope...although are pricey...but compare that to a minivan.

I'm not a wagon fan either, if they make the Magnum into a coupe though, I may consider trading up to it.

hmm..i could see a sedan, but i think a magnum coupe of the current platform woudl be tough...id even settle for something somewhat similar to my beloved charger concept!

one odd thing i've noticed with the magnum's is they seem to be all over the place stock too, not sure if it's the drivers not getting a good launch or maybe cause the transmison changes it's shifting to match how you drive, i've seen someone say his best time was only 15.01 @ 91.98 MPH granted the guy did note he was a heavy guy, over 300lbs, so there was a bit of added weight there, but i've also seen as fast as 13.8 @ 100.2 MPH stock, though he did remove the back seat, folding floor panel, and spare for that run but those don't weigh that much anyways, maybe 60-70lbs together which wouldn't have given him more than 1 tenth. the guy that did 13.8 did say at first he was only doing 14.4 till he got used to launching it properly with the electronic throttle that the magnums have.

Cool Race, most of us know what the 426 is capable of, it just goes to show that in stock tune with probably 3.23 gears and skinny tires, it is a caged tiger.
