Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

it sounds like it is starved for gas at those points, does it just shut off or does the idle fall off and die?

yea cuz if it wasnt gettin gas then it would be surgin but i just started it up and it was runnin as smooth as possible but the balist resistor was smokin and it was to hot to even touch wouldnt happen to know if its supposed to get like that or not were gonna try and trace the wires and see if maybe theres a short or somthin prolly gonna end up sellin it anyways

you change the ecu? you might try doin that, id also see how strong your spark is, take a good screwdriver and push it into one of the spark plug boots (remove the wire from the plug first) then HOLDING THE PLASTIC PART OF THE SCREWDRIVER hold the blade end of the screwdriver close to the exhaust manifold and have a buddy turn the motor over with the starter, if you see a spark then you should have good spark, if not it is something to try to fix, i dont want to just suggest buying a bunch of parts that may or may not fix it, but if you can find out waht the problem is it is way easier to fix...... just process of elimination
