Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

Default 1350 yoke on a 208

It looks like my 205 1350 yoke will fit my 208 tranfercase. The problem I have is I need a different
seal. Does anybody no off hand what seal you use before I have to start measuring 208 and 205 seals
and look it up in a book for a part #.
Thanks

You might try Item#: NOS21061 at NAPA.

Thanks Chump.
I tell you I had to got to 3 auto parts stores to get the seal and 2 U bolt sets for my 1350 yokes.
The first place kept on asking me what it went on I told them I didn't know the original application
so no help there.
2nd place Napa helped out with seal and 1 set of u bolts and at least they are knowledge there
3rd place I told them spicer 1350 u bolt kit.
He looked at me like spicer what????? Then what application did it go on he asked so I went with ford 1 tons. I still had to get the u bolts I got from Napa and bring them in to show them.
Thanks,

Going into the auto parts stores can be the biggest challenge of fixing the truck! I have never worked at a store or at the dealer...I learned this on my own since I know how to read.[:-]
What I did was to go to the Chicago Rawhide/SKF site and found the dimensions of the 205 and the 208 seal. Then you take the dimensions...OD is the same, thickness/width is the same, the ID is different and you plug these into the sites engineering search feature and it pulls up any part numbers that are close. You were in luck as I figured you would be, this is used on another transfer case somewhere...I didnt take the time to track it down any further. If I can do this on the web, the counter people should be able to do this before your very eyes! Hope your project goes well. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]
