318 Engine Swap to 360 Magnum?

I have a 88 Ram Charger with a knocking 318 with 150,000 on it and a 98 360 magnum out of a Ram 1500 that runs good and just setting in my warehouse. What do I need to Swap them and get my 88 Ram Charger back on the road?
