Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

It isn't unusual for the injectors to spray some fuel at start up, but it shouldn't be flooding the engine. This could be several things, but I would start by replacing the coolant temp sensor. This sensor has been known to lock open and cause excess fuel to be dumped in at cold start up.

1st post here; found this site via a Yahoo search about problems with my own 89 RC; I just had my injectors out too; took them to a Bosch certified authorized injection place to have them flushed and tested off-the truck; they gave me the wrong lower O rings; I had to return with one of teh originals for tehm to match up; the ones they gave me were too skinny; before I saw this mine did the same thing as yours are. or your old O rings are still there "stuck" in the hole so you have 2 of them butting up against each other or the O ring is coming off the "showerhead" as you go to pop them in. gotta be careful about that; I had fits getting mine seated inb there correctly too; and mine did the same as yours is, til I did.
