Okay first off hello to all and thanks in advance for any insight into my delema. I own a 1992 ramcharger has never failed or quit on me till today. First off i live in Alaska I know its cold and things(vehicals) go crazy when things go negative degrees. so i will hit you with what im dealing with.

Issue got off work went out to start the truck, took a min but it fired up.
Noticed imediately that my ABS & Parking brake lights were on? thought they were probably to cold to register fluid or something.
warmed it up about ten mins, and started driving realised it was still cold.
ai turned on my heater and Nothing went to signal to get over and nothing just for grins tried the wipers and low and behold........NOTHING.

So my issues are
No blower motor in -20* and below
lost signals but flashers work?
wipers wont come on
Both ABS and parking brake light on constantly

now i did some searching but couldnt find an answer to my multiple of problems. btw No issues with the brakes or abs at all working fine but the lights are on? im leaning twords a fuse somewhere or link and hopefully not a short.
