Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

Default new to DF. 2006 power wagon

I'm new to the dodge forum. Happy to be aboard. So far Dodge trucks are all I have owned and all I will ever own. I have a 2001 Dodge Ram V10 that is now my weekend warrior. It has a little over 100,000 miles. Also has a 5" inch skyjacker suspension lift running Nitto Terra Grappler 315 75R 16's. It has its issues but still gets the job done. I got this truck from my brother in law because I had a 2001 Dodge 1500 with the OFF ROAD package. But the transmission and transfer case went out at the same time so I sold it and got the V10. Last month I bought a 2006 Power Wagon. It immediatley gave me problems. The track bar and sway bar went out on me on the way home on the interstate almost sending me into the ditch. The dealership that I bought it from came and picked it up and repaired it. I got it back 2 days ago and now the rear locker light is blinking at me. Hopefully it's not a huge fix. I like the power wagon, but havent been able to enjoy it in the month that I've owned it as it has been in the shop. Any advise on what to do or how to fix the rear locker issue would be appreciated.

Being a 2006 you may want to post in the 3rd gen Ram section.

Welcome to the Power Wagon Club! Do yourself a favor and check out, Dodge Talk Forum. There is a wealth of information there for Power Wagon Owners. Good luck!

P.S.- Your truck might need a new rear locker actuator. The same thing happened to my truck (with the lockers).
