318 4x4 oil pan gasket bolts

ok i have 4 bolts left on the front end of the pan cant get to them due to the fact the crossmember is in the way any clues on how to get them out with out taking the motor out

ok got those bolts out and the pan is loose but do I have to raise the engine to get the oil pan out? please need the answer as soon as possible. thanks.
