Axle Swap Question
I am needing to swap out my current axle and I found a new one that I am hoping will work. I was told the axle is from a '78 power wagon and that is all I know.
I checked the BOM number at http://www2.dana.com/pdf/XGI.PDF and http://www2.dana.com/Expert/wc.dll?hvtss~deabill~2 with no success. I was wondering if anyone might be able to identify these marks or know of another source to look at.
On the axle tube there is 10 27 88AE and underneath this is 660080. On the differential is a 2 and under this is 620121R.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
