My dad has an '89 dodge ramcharger with a 318cid, 3 speed tranny and would like to know if a 360cid would fit on the same tranny or would need a higher geared tranny such as a 4 speed. Any knowledgable input would be greatly appreciated.

 

360 will bolt right in.
Will need a torque converter swap for balance or a new balanced flex plate.
Easy swap.
