72 440 Rebuild

Its going into a 72 Powerwagon. Im not looking for a full out race engine, but would like some power. Any ideas on parts/combos. Im trying to stay fairly cheap. Any help is appreciated.

if you can find a 72 400 motor....you can get it much cheaper then a 440 and the 72 400 block is believe or not....stronger! a 400 motor is much easier to find also.
