Default IOD fuse blows, and Seat belt light comes on when brakes are pushed

So my I.O.D. fuse started blowing. It will pop as soon as I put one in. And interestingly, right about when this started I noticed the seatbelt warning light on the dash turns off even if I don't wear my seat belt. And it comes back on... when I press the brake pedal lol.

I'm not sure if these issues are related. My truck is a base model, so it has no power windows or locks etc. My question is what is all powered by the IOD fuse? Radio and dome light for sure. Under hood light? Door jamb switches? Seat belt warning system? I'm trying to figure out where to start looking at harnesses for a rubbed wire.

What year and engine does your truck have? That would help. Best bet would be to download your FSM for your year. They have them here. I could look it up for you and post it if you'd like

That's fuse #12 in your fuse block. Here is everything it runs along with the wire color

There's a wiring harness that runs through the driver side rocker panel (under the moulding). This feeds the speaker behind the driver seat, the driver seat belt reel, dome light, cargo lights, etc. I found multiple rubbed and corroded wires in this harness. Repaired them and all is well. Thanks guys!
