Are the vacuum lines connected properly at the switch on top of the transfer case? You can read all about 4WD issues and how to fix them by downloading the service manual for your year truck here - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...e-manuals.html

I looked and all I can find is were it says to connect the vacuum harness. all the vacuum lines on mine got either cracked or cut so I repaired them, but I think some might be miss matched, could you help with that?

Flip the vacuum hoses on the actuator at the front axle, and see how it works.

The entire vacuum harness is still available and surprisingly affordable. A few years ago it was $35 but may have climbed with somethingnomics "PAUSE"
