Do you want to disable it or delete it? Two very different processes.
Disable - easily done with a tuner, just turns it off.
Delete - requires tearing the top end of the engine off, physically swapping cam and lifters plus removing solenoids and installing the plugs in their place, then putting everything back together and hoping you didn't screw it up.
Why exactly do you want to delete MDS?
