I had my tires rotated at NTB on Arapaho in Richardson last week. They over torqued my wheels and warped my brake rotors after I told them a number of times to use a torque wrench and torque them to 100 ft/lb.

I tried to loosen the lug nuts just a while ago and at 120 ft/lbs I couldn't budge em.
I called the manager and he said he would take a look at it but he had never heard of wheel nut torque warping brake rotors. In other words he's an idiot and he's not going to do anything about it.

I bought a new torque wrench the other day and from now on I'll do it myself.

 

no no no..dont back down,.go AFTER them....i worked at a corporate shop for a while, and if you really press the issue, they will fix it. they were sold by the sears corp. to (i believe) Big O Tire. If the manager wont dso anything, ask for his bosses name, or a corporate number.
