My girlfriend has a 2007 Stratus, her Stratus problem is the AC sometimes it works and other times not. She discovered by pushing on the directional symbols on the AC directional control **** area or turning the directional **** back and forth the AC might come one. I have told her I think it may the directional control itself but I need to access it. So with all that said my questions are 1. am I right 2. if so how do I remove the front panel to acces the AC directional control?

When I say directional control I am talking about the area that shows where you want the air to blow, in your face, on the floor etc.
