Hi all, I am trying to gather as many folks as we can to get together and have a little fun at the Maxwell Dodge in Austin.

Here is all of the details.

Time to make the Austin meet official now....The Austin area Dodgetalk meet will be Saturday April 15, at 1 p.m....The location will be at Maxwell Dodge at 620 and 183, (13401 North FM 620 Austin, TX 78717). This will be the first meet at the Maxwell location, lets try and make it a good one.

Maxwell has a dyno and will have the dyno tech there so anyone that wants to see what their trucks can do will have that chance. Right now they are talking about $50 for the cost but that will become more negotiable with the more folks that want to use the dyno.

Maxwell also has a 6.1l crate motor that they will pull out and display for us. They have also said that they will try and have a few suprises for all us mopar fans.

Since this meet will also be just a month after the Mopars at the Strip show I will have all the pictures that I can gather up from that show to have on display as well.

After all the fun at Maxwell we will head up 620 to the Tilted Kilt for a little food and more fun. If you have not heard about the Tilted Kilt it is similar to Hooters but in an Irish theme, you all wont be disappointed. http://www.tiltedkilt.com

I'm in! Count me in for the dyno too.

 

I suppose I could go down south for that weekend... I'm not going to dyno my ride though.

It sure is. We may not have the dyno available but we are still going to have the meet. The guy over at Maxwell that runs the dyno had to have some sergery on his hand and will not be available. But I am working on them to try and have it up and running. I will be stopping by again tomorrow to bug them about it again.

 

Morning all, just wanted to let everyone know that this is still on. Still have not got a definate answer out of Maxwell if the dyno will be available but even if it is not we will still have the meet.
