I have a 1999 Dodge Intrepid, ES 3.2 L. It has about 83,000 miles on it and it started to give me a little trouble recently. Every morning when I start the car, there is a clicking noise and the engine won't start. After several clicks, then the engine will start. I thought it was a starter problem and so I took it to the mechanic, and did the starter testing for $30. After 5 mins of testing, there was nothing wrong with the starter. Engine started fine without any problems. I told them it was every morning but they can't seem to find any problem. I would also like to change surpentine belt, power steering fluid flush, brake pads and brake rotors to my car. I got an estimate from the dealer's and it's going to cost me about $700~$800. I was wondering if anyone can recommend me a mechanic for Dodge Intrepid 99 in Baltimore (within ~ 50 miles range) in MD. Thank you.
