2012 Palmetto Nationals IHRA Ironman Classic & Carshow
October 12-13, 2012. The Palmetto Nationals IHRA Ironman Classic & Classic & Modern Muscle Mopar Carshow at The House of Speed - The Legendary Darlington Dragway.
On Friday, there will be test-n-tune available for all of our racers before the racing starts on Saturday followed by event block party with live entertainment featuring JT Steele & The Hired Guns live inside the track.
On Saturday, The Palmetto Nationals kicks off with an IHRA Ironman Classic that includes 4 classes of racing running for the IHRA Ironman. Classes include Top Eliminator, Modified, Jr Dragsters & the 1320X ¼ mile shootout class. Racing open to all makes & models.
During the race, there will be a Mopar oriented car show including 26 car show classes of classic marvels to modern muscle machines. Come to have your vehicle judged or just come out for show n' shine.
Also, the MVCSC military group will be on hand to show off their collection of military vehicles & weapons for all to see. Net proceeds from the car show will go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
