Default Dying bearings or ball joints??

I bought my 93 Dakota 2wd a few weeks ago. It's in great shape with only 124k miles. The only thing that was noticable wrong with it was the previous own said it was in an minor accident in which they had to replace the driver knee as well as the rack & pinion. It drives fine, but make a noise like the tire is grinding on something when the wheel is turned all the way to the left(truck turns left). It's just in that one spot that it makes the noise and doesn't do it any other time. I thought that it may be the bearings, ball joint or the tie rod. Any thoughts???

Could be a bad hub assembly(bearing). If it were to be a tie-rod or balljoint the steering knuckle would have play in it from the bad ball joints. If it is a tie-rod your steering will feel loose.
