I'm looking for a suspension system that will give me more wheel travel as well as a little lift. Are lift spindles, coil spacers, blocks, oradd-a-linkscapable of giving any more travel? Or do I have to go for full blown a-arms and coilover kits?

 

they will not travel as well because it is a solid object so it does not flex with the rest of the coil... a longer coil will give you the better flex
