Default roadmaster active suspension and anti-sway bars?

have any of you installed either or both of these in their 4x4s? what were the benifits and trade offs if any? does it really help cornering and keep the sides leveled?

all stock trucks have anti swaybars and yes thats what they do they prevent sway .. leaning from side to side in a corner or incline.. not to sound like a smart butt
