Default 69 charger

how do I lower my suspension on my 69 charger so I can install 18 or 19" wheels to make it look like one of chip foose rides on overhaulin?

the charger has a torson bar front suspension. you would need to relocate the mount for the bar. the 1st gen 4x4 dakotas have a similar set up so you might research how they do it. i know there was a lowering kit long ago for them
