Default Lifting an 86 D-50?

I have a 1986 Dodge Power Ram 50 (D 50) 4x4.
I have seen these lifted, but how do I do it? I know they don’t make a lift kit for this or the Mighty Max.
The rear axel is a no-brainer of course, but the front suspension, that’s got me wondering.
Also, I don’t want to go the body lift route.

I just happen to have an 88 D50. Been tryin to lift it for sometime now and like you don't like a body lift. But after all my searching you have two options. You can either bite the bullet and go with a body lift or find someone to fabricate you new upper and lower control arms(if the 86 has a torsion setup like the 88). A suspension lift for the Power Ram (D 50) series does not exist. I have personally talked to a number of lift companies and nobody has it or plans to make it. So good luck.
