Default 97 Dakota help

My problem is i cant seem to find a good 2-3 susp. lift for my dakota...i have searched the net.. i found fabtech makes one but only for 2WD...tuff/ rough country makes one but it is 5.5-6 i dont need it that high. Skijacker doesnt even make one for a dakota.. Can someone please help me find a small susp. leift i already have a 3in PA body lift and i just wanna go a few more for bigger tires

If am not mistaken your truck has torsion bar suspension, Have you tried to tighten those to lift it some more?

Well the last time I had touched a torsion bar system was in suspension class. Which was while ago. I forgot what toolI used for it but I could check for you 2morrow and get back to ya about this.

Ok, You can either use a wrench or impact gun. The bolt you turn will either be by the front conrol arm or back by the transmissionI forgot where (differant for each make). It does go up fast so even little turn will do something. You turn both sides then bounce it, if youwant another turn just remember to bounce the truck after also. Its not hard but just take some time.
