Installing a 3" lift on my 99 Ram 1500. Has new shocks (4) and coils for the front. What tools and how??? Thanks Im am mechanically inclined.

 

When I do this I'll be removing the the upper knuckle nut, lower the jack under the lower control arm slowly and remove spring. I'll also be using a tie down strap to hold the spring in place for safety. This should work on yours as well. Just becareful and fun!

 

I dont remember exactly the steps of installing it but i could answer most of your questions....i think.
