Default Lifting with Air Shocks?

Okay I know most of you will tear me apart on this one.
I remember way back in High School (early 80’s) when we’d jack up the back of our cars with Air Shocks, put some fatties under it and drive around looking cool.

Can you lift the front and rear of a truck in this manner? Will it hold? Is it tough?
Pro’s and Con’s please.

you can do it with the bakc but the shocks will end up wearing out after a while. The front is too heavey for the shock, most of the Dak's I have seen still around are like 06 and up and those aren't 4 bangers.
there's only cons from my stand point unless you are using it to level the rear and it's the rear only. Sorry man tried this at one point and only came up in disappoinment.
