Diesel Coil Spring swap
Yes, but the ride will be considerably stiffer since the diesel is much, much heavier. You can tell the difference in the springs just by looking at the diesel coils (they are much thicker)

Yes you can....I have it done on my truck. I told them I wanted to have the front end sit 2.5-3.0" higher, and they made custom springs for me. Less than $200 delivered to my door
. They ask for your VIN number so that they can get the stock spring specs for your truck. They make the springs to have the same damping coefficient, etc....My truck rides IDENTICAL to stock....pretty amazing actually.
There are a few different places online that can make coils for you.

Isn't having custom coil springs made different from swapping in diesel springs? Diesel springs wouldn't ride just like stock on a gas engined truck. However, after reading your post I would like to know what company you used if you don't mind. I would like to get some taller springs made for my Powerwagon.
