Default Ruff ride

Truck :
1997 Ram 5.2L v8 Mag
5'5fabtech suspension lift
35' Super Swompers

Problom: Right now when i go out to the trails with my budsmy truck can pirty much out do any of them, but with there indepent front suspension i cantkeep up on strait awaysbut when it comes toflexing i rip them apart with the solid front axel. But with such a ruff ride in the cab and the hard hitsits just bad *goin about10 miles a hour flat dirtroad*. on the street i get alot of bound but that is expected but my problom, is also if i push my truck itgoes back and forth about 4-5 times before comming to a stop.. I have replaced shocks and everythingand coils are fine. The back is leave springs and the front is coil over shock. I was wanting to know how i couldfix this problom with out havin to replace everything or put in all heavy dudy coils and shocks etc. i was thinking maybe justheavy duity shocks *but still most be able to mudd and flex with them* Ireally dont wanna drop alot on this maybe 800 max.So lets hear some ideas.
