The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon made its grand debut on Tuesday in New York at what turned out to be an incredible event. The car did a burnout and made a short drag strip run with tons of pyrotechnics - but the most important information was the release of the long-awaited performance numbers.




The Demon gets to 60 in just 2.3 seconds (2.1 will rollout), it runs the quarter mile in just 9.65 seconds at 140mph and it carries the front wheels almost three feet on launch - all thanks to the 840 horsepower supercharged Hemi.
