I want to thin the fleet out a bit so I'm selling my '02 Ram 1500. Regular cab, long bed, not much rust, 135K on the clock but it will go up. It's just a decent older truck. I've done a BUNCH of work to it and have a book where I keep track of what I've done to it. It is NOT perfect. It's just a good old truck. It does have some warts.
There is one spot of rust over the left wheel well on the bed. The right one is solid. The paint is losing the clearcoat in spots. (Silver is bad about that.) The steering rack is seeping a bit. It's still working and when I replaced the upper control arms, I got a front end rebuilt kit so if and when the rack needs replaced, I have lower ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar end links to go on. I had a devil of a time getting the old u-joints out and I suspect one might not be up to snuff as there is a slight rumble at times when starting from a stop.Typical Dodge dash. The rear pads are thin so that they will need replaced in the near future. Now the biggie! The engine has been run low on oil! I cleaned the pickup and oil pan and it holds good pressure. I've put several thousand miles on it (at least 3000 if not more) and it has a slight leak at the front seal. About a quart every 2000 miles. It's not that I like talking down my equipment but I'd rather talk you out of it than sell it as other than what I know it to be.
Now the good stuff. New battery, tires, front brake pads and calipers plus both flex hoses. Upper control arms, universal joints (I suspect one might not be good) coolant, desludged engine. Hot heat and cold air. Everything works like it should and it has an aftermarket AM/FM/USB/CD player. It even has new headlights. Clean and clear Indiana title in my name. Vehicle is located at my home in S.W.Indiana. Title at hand. You can PM me for more information.
It doesn't look quite as nice as in the pictures but still looks pretty good. $4000 or reasonable offer. I'll add more pictures when I get time to take some.

Reason: I kant spel wurth a durn.
I bought a new car today so motivated seller. $3000 cash and carry. I fixed the rust. Not pretty but got it stopped and put some fender flairs on to dress it up a bit. I didn't plan on such wide flairs but they really cut the rain spray down.
