i have a DRIVERS SIDE, L, box side from a 2017 dodge ram, built on 8-17, quad cab short box. the truck was in a crash. the box was replaced due to damage on the passengers side and floor. the drivers side was in mint condition so i fired up the sawzall and saved it. there is no rust or oxidation on it in any way shape or form. there are no dents in it also.
NEW box sides are $1700 from mopar and to the best of my knowledge they don't make repair panes for these yet. if you live in the rust belt of Wisconsin and surrounding areas if you box isn't rusty yet it will be soon. or possibly you backed into something and crushed the lower area by the bumper. instead of having to buy a complete panel you can buy this one and just section the damaged area. avoid the expense of buying new parts and buy this one cheap while you can.
