As far as I know the truck has never had a tuner installed. It was a retired local garage door company work truck. I don't know its history as far as injectors or pump.
Does need a radio. Bought it without one and never put one in.
No real rust issues aside from bottom of front fenders. Minor surface rust. Its a Colorado truck so its in very good shape given the climate.
