I've got a great running and driving Dakota. I planned to make it my personal toy but life decided I was too happy and made other plans. The body is rough. The chassis though is solid along with the cab mounts. I considered doing a body swap. Either that or have a handy little truck nobody will cut off in traffic. 3.9 V-6 with 64K on the engine. 97K on the chassis. It has a few quirks but drives out good and tracks straight. I went through the brakes and front end so it purrs right down the road. It needs more work, but you can drive it home.
Work yet to do is replace the heater core and cooling coil. I have new cores along with a new blower motor resistor block. I didn't plan to pull the dash twice. The front flex hoses are new and I have a new one for the rear. I haven't put it in yet. Cruise isn't working. I got some new parts and plan to get that going again just for normal driving.
Good tires, new battery and water pump, rear brakes done. New steel brake lines front and rear. This will make a good first vehicle, chore truck for the farm or a good candidate for a body swap.

I have rebuilt the truck and am marking it as sold as it no longer looks much like it did. I'll repost it down the road a bit but it will be significantly higher.
