If you order an embroidery item together with t-shirts, that item will wait until your t-shirts are ready and shipped together.
If you order embroidery items separately, they will be shipped out as soon as they are ready (3 - 4 business days).

I think our web guy started drinking a little too early today. I have fixed it and it's back at a starting price of $13.99 where it should be.

The t-shirts will be printed after the group buy is over. So, they will be shipped out about 4 days after the end of the group buy.
If you order an embroidery item together with t-shirts, that item will wait until your t-shirts are ready and shipped together.
