ok i had ordered a kit from yalll and when i got them one of my bulbs and ballast was messed up and finally got the new one back today and love them. But i have bout 3 kits i am going to order and, before i buy i dont wanna have to go through the same thing that happened with this kit. do yall test the kits before they are shipped?

Sorry that you received a defective part, our kits are prepacked overseas before they are shipped to us in 40' containers , as a manufacturer a 2% defect is allowable.
