i just tried doing an order, and it keeps telling me the transaction cannot be completed, tried numerous times, re checking my info every time. something wrong with the site?

HI,

It means your order didn't go through, and card was declined, if debit card (everything has to match)

That means that your name and billing address does not match the name and billing address on the card.
If you have a middle initial you need to type that in too.

Please try again with the correct information by closing your browser, reopening a new browser order with express checkout.

If you are still having trouble, email me your paypal email address and your bulb type and color kits you want to order and I can send you invoice.

I made my purchase and the computer froze when I hit confirm. So, I redid the purchase since I thought it didn't work. Is there any way you can check my order? I should only have 2 kits, the 9007 bi-xenon HID 10000k and the 9006 HID 10000k. I've sent Emails and PMs and haven't gotten a response and this is rather URGENT.

Already replied through email, did you get the order though? if you did, you should have gotten 2 order #'s for 2 kits and each order number is 4 digits.
