I am interested in your product and have a few questions.

1)What is your policy on poor fitting seat covers?
2)Do the seat covers have factory style latches or do they have nylon straps like a book bag that would get cinched tight underneath the seat?
3)Do these go over or replaced the OEM fabric?
4)Also, for color. Do you have some sort of color match book that you can mail out with a small deposit? Or maybe have sample squares of colors that you can mail out? I ask this because I have a light khaki interior and it appears the beige color does not match well at all, so it would be nice to see what going to a light or dark grey would look like with the rest of my interior colors.

I pointed Spencer to this thread, to answer your questions. I have these on my other vehicle and they are awesome covers!!! I'm going to eventually pick them up for the Ram. They are well made and they cover everything. You won't be able to tell they are covers. Good stuff! :)
