In stock covers reach you in 4-5 days via UPS ground, and custom orders take 8-10 weeks from Japan due to custom manufacturing, freight time, and US customs holding time.

I am interested in your product and have a few questions.
1)What is your policy on poor fitting seat covers?
2)Do the seat covers have factory style latches or do they have nylon straps like a book bag that would get cinched tight underneath the seat?
3)Do these go over or replaced the OEM fabric?
4)Also, for color. Do you have some sort of color match book that you can mail out with a small deposit? Or maybe have sample squares of colors that you can mail out? I ask this because I have a light khaki interior and it appears the beige color does not match well at all, so it would be nice to see what going to a light or dark grey would look like with the rest of my interior colors.

I pointed Spencer to this thread, to answer your questions. I have these on my other vehicle and they are awesome covers!!! I'm going to eventually pick them up for the Ram. They are well made and they cover everything. You won't be able to tell they are covers. Good stuff!

We have never come across any issues in 3 years with poor fitting covers from Clazzio for any application. We offer a 3 year warranty for all covers that guarantees against manufacturer defects. Usually if there is a problem with fitment, it is from installation, and from there we can help you.
2)Do the seat covers have factory style latches or do they have nylon straps like a book bag that would get cinched tight underneath the seat?
The seat covers have straps that are cinched tight under the seat for a tight fitment. There is also a drawstring that runs along the bottom of the bottom cushion that pulls it closer to the seats.
3)Do these go over or replaced the OEM fabric?
The seat covers go over your existing OEM fabric on your existing seats. No need to remove your seats or anything like that. They simply slide on over the top of your existing seats.
