The RB1 fits all vehicles from 1999-2004 that have the 4-bolt mounting. It will also fit the 2-bolt units in some applications with modifications to the dash. I fit one to my 2001 Wrangler. The RB1(non-premium) will fit in vehicles that do have premium sound systems but do not support the premium speakers. It will still work but is not as high quality as your current "premium" radio. Trust me when I tell you that Chrysler's "premium" radios are not that much better.
